Frequently asked questions

What is your turnaround time?

Typically this is 3-5 working days but can be quicker depending on how busy we are.

Orders are processed on a first come first served basis.

If you need an item quickly, please add the upgraded shipping at checkout. This is for a 1 day processing and the next day despatch by RM Special Delivery (UK only orders)

Can I cancel or return an order?

If you have recently made your order and we haven’t yet made it for you, you can cancel for any reason. Once the item has been made it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns/ refunds are not permitted on customised or personalised items.

We will accept returns of non customised items as long as they are reported within 14 days of receipt and then returned in the same condition as sent, unused and at buyers cost. We will issue the refund upon safe receipt of the items.

Can I have a mock-up of my order to check I am happy before processing?

We do not offer mock-ups as standard but will of course send one if you request it. Please add a message to us upon placing your order.

We will then send you a computer image of your item before it is processed so that you can approve the text etc.

My item has not arrived...

Please allow 10 working days from expected delivery date for UK postage and 30 working days for International postage as this is the time stated by Royal Mail for postage considered missing.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail and are generally delivered within 1-2 working days for UK and around 7 working days for International.

An upgraded Special Delivery can be purchased at checkout for UK only and this is for one day processing and the next day despatch. Delivered on the following day by 1pm.

For International items, we are still seeing some delays, with US and Canada deliveries being particularly affected, Please get in touch if your international delivery hasn't arrived within 3-4 weeks.

My item has arrived damaged...

We do everything we can to ensure your item is packaged sufficiently and arrives safely.

However the fragile nature of some of our products mean occasionally, beyond our control, damage may occur in transit. It’s really important that any damage is reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery - and photographs of the damaged item with the packaging would be appreciated.

Please do make contact within this time period so we can sort a replacement for you as soon as possible.
